Chambers of Bhavpreet Singh Dhatt ("Chambers"/"Team") is a boutique legal practice delivering high-quality legal services in Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana and Delhi-NCR. BHAVPREET SINGH DHATT
Bhavpreet is a Counsel and the Founder of Chambers of Bhavpreet Singh Dhatt.
With an experience of nearly a decade, he has traversed diverse sectors and practice areas and extensively covered all aspects of
dispute resolution, including arbitrations and mediations.
His litigation practice comprises Constitutional & Administrative Laws, Service Laws, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws, Real Estate and
Property Laws, Consumer Laws, and Civil and Commercial Litigations.
As a lead Counsel, he has successfully strategized and managed complex litigations while representing leading businesses, real
estate developers, HNIs, trade unions and government servants.
He has argued matters involving substantial legal issues before the Supreme Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court and other Courts and Tribunals. Prior to setting up his chamber practice, he was assisting a leading Senior Advocate, Mr. Rajiv Atma Ram. His domain expertise, professionalism, high-quality representation, and client-centric result-oriented approach have made him a GO- TO Counsel for his clients. He has also authored a book titled "IBC: Insights from the Supreme Court", published by the Shreeram Law House (December 2020).

Besides the above, he pursues academic interests and works for public causes. He has mentored interns and fresh entrants providing personal guidance to help them imbibe a professional attitude and develop legal skills. Besides law, his interests include reading, sports and meditation.
